1. No Personal Data Collection
Helios does not collect, store, or transmit any personal data. All calculations — including solar events, lunar phases, and location-based forecasts — are performed entirely on your device. We have no access to any information that can personally identify you.
2. Location Data
Helios may request access to your device's location to calculate solar and lunar events for your current position. This location data is used exclusively on-device and is never transmitted to us or any third party. You can grant or revoke location permission at any time in your iOS Settings.
3. Camera Access
The Live Viewfinder feature requires access to your device's camera. Camera data is processed entirely on-device in real time and is never stored, recorded, or transmitted anywhere.
4. All Processing Is On-Device
Every calculation and feature in Helios runs locally on your iOS device. Helios does not communicate with external servers for any core functionality. Your data never leaves your device.
5. Purchases & Subscriptions
In-app purchases and subscriptions are handled entirely by Apple through the App Store. We do not collect, process, or store any payment information. Apple's privacy policy governs any data collected during the purchase flow. You can review Apple's privacy policy at apple.com/legal/privacy.
6. No Third-Party Analytics or Advertising
Helios does not use any third-party analytics, advertising networks, crash reporting services, or tracking SDKs. We do not share any data with third parties because we do not collect any.
7. iCloud Sync
Helios uses iCloud to sync your saved locations and preferences across your Apple devices. This data is stored in your personal iCloud account and is not accessible to us. iCloud sync is governed by Apple's privacy policy and can be disabled at any time in your iOS Settings under iCloud → Helios. 8. Notifications
If you enable notifications, Helios schedules them locally on your device. No notification content or delivery data is sent to us or any external server.
9. Children's Privacy
Helios does not collect any data from users of any age. Since we collect no personal information, there are no special restrictions related to use by children.
10. Security
Because Helios does not collect or transmit any data, there is no external data at risk. We encourage you to keep your device and iOS software up to date to ensure the security of data stored locally on your device.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes are effective immediately upon posting. The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent update. Your continued use of Helios after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
